We offer a 15-day period after receiving your order to request a refund.

Eligibility requirements

• The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

• It must not be damaged or show signs of wear.

• The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-refundable.

Return process

• We will provide you with instructions for returning your item.

• Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

• For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have already been opened cannot be returned or refunded.
